All warranty service requests must be submitted via our online system. Please login and click on the ‘Warranty’ tab to enter your warranty claims. If you do not have access to this system, please contact our office at 570-689-7001.
Refer to your RWC Warranty Manual for coverage details. For manufacturer warranties (appliances, windows, HVAC system, etc.) please contact the manufacturer directly. Warranty repairs will be completed according to our the warranty service schedule in your ‘New Home Warranty Notice’ which was provided to you at settlement or your final walk-through (also available in our online system).
