Outlook Construction is a second generation family owned new home construction business. We take great pride in building high quality, affordable homes. Over our family’s 60+ year home building history, we have built hundreds and hundreds of homes for Northeastern Pennsylvania families. Chuck Skowronski, a former New York City Architect, began building homes in and around Lake Wallenpaupack in the early 1980’s specializing in energy efficient construction practices. In the mid 1990’s Chuck founded Outlook Construction with the goal of offering buyer’s the opportunity to access both custom design and custom build services at a highly competitive price.

The current Owner and President of Outlook Construction, Shannon Cross, Chuck’s son-in-law, took over the daily operations of the business in 2008. Shannon holds a Masters of Business Administration and Certificate in Project Management from Lehigh University. Shannon has combined his business and technical background with Chuck’s original goals to integrate modern practices and technology to the home building process. This combination of skills and experience have led to Outlook Construction’s truly unique state of the art home building process. With this process, our buyers have 24/7 access to our online portal allowing them to easily manage and view selections, color choices, change orders, documents, photos, schedules, ToDos, warranty service requests, and much more!
