A new home is one of the largest purchases you will ever make. Protecting this investment is important. That is why Outlook Construction provides an RWC insurance backed new home warranty with every home we build!
Builder Assurance
A RWC approved builder, like Outlook Construction, are examined annually for financial stability and quality standards.
Defined / Written Warranty
The RWC Warranty is a written warranty that clearly lays out its warranty coverage terms.
1 Year Workmanship
Year one warranty items that do not meet the written warranty standards will be corrected by Outlook Construction.
Third Party Backing
RWC is an insurance backed warranty. If something was to happen to Outlook, RWC would step in and back any warranty obligations.
12 Year Structural Coverage
In the unlikely event your home develops a structural defect the defect will be corrected by the warrantor.
Expert Second Opinion
In the unlikely event you and Outlook do not see eye-to-eye on a warranty request RWC will step in and provide an expert evaluation / determination.
