CUSTOM HOME DESIGN PROCESS

  1. Sign Design Agreement. 

  2. Provide us with concept sketches / plans.

  3. Meet / call to discuss wishes, must haves, etc.​

  4. Outlook provides preliminary floor plan sketch. 

  5. Review / revise plans. 

  6. Once floor plan finalized, Outlook provides preliminary evaluations.

  7.  Review / revise elevations. 

  8. Finalize design. 

  9. Possible 2nd meeting / call to discuss new home preferences. 

  10. Outlook provides new home Proposal. 

  11. Sign Construction Agreement.
